The resort has their own small stretch of beach, though it tends to be coarser sand than Seven Mile Beach which is just a short walk away. Good location close to George Town, shopping and restaurants. The resort and most units have recently undergone major renovations. Good variety of facilities !
7 Mile Beach
Recently renovated, Treasure Island Condos is a popular condo resort located at the southern edge of Seven Mile Beach. The resort has a casual, relaxed atmosphere and offers something for Diver Training, Class, Dive Lessons in Scuba Diving Scuba Classes Divers Treasure Island Condominiumseveryone. A diving adventure, a romantic retreat, a family getaway, or just an escape from everyday life. Sip cool tropical drinks in the brightly coloured open air lobby. Swim in the 3 freshwater swimming pools, or plunge into a whirlpool. There is a wading pool for the children, and baby-sitting services are also available. For outdoor activities, you can step right off the beach into a coral reef teeming with underwater life. Sports enthusiasts will feel right at home here. There is also a full service dive shop and watersports center on the premises. Deep sea fishing, windsurfing, jet skiing, water skiing, parasailing, and even catamaran sailing can be arranged. On land, the Treasure Island offers their own tennis and beach volleyball courts. There is even a marked underwater snorkeling trail.  Please note that even though the Hotel and the condos share the beach and the facilities, they are 2 separate complexes. Guests at Treasure Island Condos do not have signing privileges at the hotel and cannot get room service.
Dining: From Caribbean to continental cuisine, Treasure Islands has something to suit every taste. Quench your thirst with a drink at the swim up bar. Kick back and relax at one of the nightly theme dinners as you listen to the soft sounds of a steel drum band or other nightly entertainment. Here you can enjoy a casual lunch or an elegant dinner.

Treasure Island Condos is a complex of 96 one, two and three bedroom apartments. Each unit has central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 2 bathrooms, spacious living & dining area, washer and dryer, telephone, cable TV, VCR, and a private patio or balcony. 3rd floor oceanfront units have a vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view. Daily maid service is provided except on Sundays and Holidays.
