Guests: 20 Cabins: 10 Crew: 7 The Turks & CAicos Islands are located approximately 575 miles southeast of Miami (about 1 1/2 hour flying time from Miami to Providenciales, then 1/2 hour to Grand Turk) with the Bahamas 30 miles to the northeast and the Dominican Republic 100 miles to the southeast.  The country consists of two island groups seperated by a 22 mile passage.  To the west are the Caicos Islands: West Caicos, Providenciales, North Middle, East and South Caicos.  To the East ate the Turks Islands: Grand Turk, and Salt Cay.  The total land area is 166 square miles. The Wind Dancer's seven night voyage exploring the Eastern islands of the Turks and Caicos Islands includes Grand Turk, Salt Cay and South Caicos usually departs between 5:00 and 6:00 pm every Saturday from the commercial dock in Grand Turk.  Boarding time is after 4:00 pm.
